For those ready to define, align, and love what’s next
You don’t need a rebrand.
You need to come home.
I work with wellness brands and individuals in transition or flux, helping you return to your foundation so that everything you build from here sounds like you, serves the people meant for you, and feels like something you actually want to show up for.
The Self-Audit
Is this what you thought it would be?
A guided reflection tool that taps into the eight spheres of wellness. It’ll help you get a clear picture of where you’re thriving, and where you’re surviving.
No pressure. No judgement. Data. Exactly what you need to move forward.
You can’t align what you can’t define.
Do you ever feel like you are doing everything right and something still feels off?
Like you were showing up, checking the boxes, keeping it together, but it didn’t land? It didn’t lead to success? Or worse, it completely was just not what you wanted to feel.
Transition is hard. It’s disorienting, exhausting, and sometimes devastating, even when you choose it.
Even when you know something better is on the other side. You’ve built things, shown up for people, poured yourself out and kept going. And somewhere in all that, the thread back to yourself got a little tangled. Maybe you don’t quite recognize the life you’re living, the brand you’ve built, or the person looking back at you. But the roots don’t disappear. They just need tending.
This is not a sign that you’ve failed. It’s a sign that you’re ready.
Ready to come back to what was always true, what was always yours, and what was always meant for you. Bri Flows exists to partner with you through the return. Not to fix you or rebuild you from scratch, but to strip away what no longer fits so that what grows from here is in divine alignment with who you actually are and what you actually want.
• Come as you are • Move forward as you’ve always meant to be • Come as you are • Move forward as you’ve always meant to be • Come as you are • Move forward as you’ve always meant to be • Come as you are • Move forward as you’ve always meant to be • Come as you are • Move forward as you’ve always meant to be • Come as you are • Move forward as you’ve always meant to be
I see you. I feel you. I’ve been there –
and it wasn’t where I wanted to be either.
Every path home is unique.
But the commitment to arrive is the same.
The foundation comes first. Everything else follows.
Whether you’re here for your brand, your life, or both, every offer starts in the same place: you, your values, and what’s actually true right now. Root first. Then everything else flows.

The Alignment Assignment
Starting at $3,500 | 1-day and 3-day available
When your work is real, but something still feels off. This is where we figure out why.
A strategic intensive for small wellness businesses or teams in transition. We go inside first: your values, your identity, what the business actually is versus what it’s been presenting itself as. Then we grow outward into language, messaging, offers, and a brand story that your community can actually feel.

The Home Within Experience
Starting at $997 | 1-day and 3-day available | Small Group Work Available
You don’t need a vacation. You need to come home, to your values, your voice, and who you were before you had to be everything for everyone.
A private, embodied, 1- or 3-day immersive held in a space that already feels like yours. For the woman who keeps giving herself away and has lost the thread back to who she is. We go slow. We go deep. We come home. And from there, you flow.

Come Home Retreats
Build your own (Personal or Corporate) or Join Curated Experience
A gentle but intentional disruption. A door back to yourself. And people who get it, right beside you.
Not a vacation. Not a spa weekend. Something between, intentional enough to shift something at the root, comfortable enough to open up to growth and bloom. Every retreat weaves together yoga, breathwork, guided meditation, somatic work, journaling, cultural immersion, and real connection.
Bespoke retreats: Your group, your vision, your location. Co-designed from scratch around who’s in the room and what you’re moving through. Milestone birthdays, girls’ trips, meaningful gatherings, and more!
Corporate retreats: An offsite or onsite experience that softens teams to better listen, reconnect, and align with the mission. Not your standard offsite. Something that actually nourishes the people who show up.
Curated retreats: Open enrollment, set to blend self-work and play. Sign up, show up, fill up on rest, adventure, culture, and connection. Join the interest list now for early access to retreats in the US and beyond starting in 2027.

Simplifying Alignment in everyday decisions
The room always leaves with something they can use, and something they didn’t know they needed.
A framework you can use. A story you can tell. A practice you can return to. I present keynotes, lead the conversation, and facilitate workshops on holistic wellness, polyvagal theory, personal storytelling, embodied leadership, and the intersection of values and identity, for audiences ready to go beneath the surface. Dig into my speaking topics.

Feel Good Flows are going on tour!
Hey, I’m Bri!
The holistic aligner that’s going to help your love where you’re going next
I fully believe in flow state: that sweet spot where the work feels worth it, the people around you feel like home, and your nervous system is calm because you’re exactly where you need to be. I’ve spent more than 13 years learning what that takes, both for the people building something and the people choosing to stand behind it. The happiest people, and the strongest brands, aren’t the biggest or the loudest. They’re the most aligned.
For over a decade, I built brand strategy and communications for names like LinkedIn, Marriott Rewards, Element Hotels, NextDoor, 21Ninety, and AfroTech, understanding why people become ride-or-die for a brand. Running parallel the whole time was a life in yoga, somatics, and trauma-conscious movement: 3,000+ hours teaching, leading retreats, and facilitating. I’ve lived it myself too: the layoff before the holidays, the job that promised more and gave less, the years of giving until there was nothing left. Every one of those seasons taught me the same thing: when something isn’t aligned, it doesn’t just underperform. It costs you.
This isn’t two careers. It’s one practice, applied in two places: regulation before reaction, clarity before strategy, alignment before growth. Whether you’re a founder, a team, a leader, or someone rebuilding after a hell of a transition, I’ll help you find your flow again after the flux, and come home to who you were before everything got complicated. I’m ready when you are.

Speaking
Whether I’m on a stage, in a boardroom, or leading a workshop my goal is always the same: to leave people with something real.
A framework they can use. A story they can tell. A practice they can return to. I speak on holistic wellness, polyvagal theory, personal storytelling, embodied leadership, and the intersection of values and identity, for audiences ready to go beneath the surface.

Frequently Asked Questions
General
Do I have to be a wellness brand to work with you?
Not at all. While many of the people drawn to this work are building in the wellness space, the common thread isn’t industry — it’s transition.
If you’re a leader, a team, or an individual navigating a season of change and something feels off at the root, you’re in the right place. We are a good fit if you or your team are ready to partner in root-cause analysis, reconnect to the foundational values, and restructure from a grounded nervous system.
I'm looking for a social media specialist. Is that what you offer?
No, the work here goes deeper than content calendars and captions. If your social media isn’t landing, it’s usually a symptom of something underneath: unclear messaging, a brand identity that doesn’t fully fit, or a story that hasn’t been told yet. That’s the work we do together. Once the foundation is solid, everything you post from there lands differently. We can navigate the stories you want to tell in your mission, your offerings, and other customer touchpoints.
How do I know which offer is right for me?
A good starting point: Are you here for your brand, your life, or both?
The Alignment Assignment is for wellness businesses or teams that need to get clear on who they are, who they serve, and how and want to (re)build strategically to do so with harmony, alignment, and grounded energy.
The Home Within Experience is for individuals who need to come back to themselves after or during a season of transition or change. Divorce, expanding or decreasing household, feelings of lost identity, etc.
Come Home Retreats are for groups, companies, and communities ready to experience that return in a community setting. We offer a range of bespoke, curated domestic and international, as well as corporate retreats.
Speaking & Teaching brings all of it into your room or your stage.
- Speaking: Bringing motivational, science-backed facilitation, speeches, and workshops to you.
- Teaching: Offering opportunity for yoga, breathwork, mindful meditation, and more.
Still not sure? Reach out — that’s what the discovery conversation is for.
The Alignment Assignment
My brand is already built. Can the Alignment Assignment still help me?
Yes, and this is exactly who it’s built for! You don’t have to be starting from scratch. If you have a brand that’s functioning but something still feels off, if your messaging isn’t connecting the way it should, or if you’ve outgrown the story you’ve been telling — the Alignment Assignment helps you figure out why, and builds from what’s already true about you.
What's the difference between the 1-day and 3-day format?
The 1-day is focused and strategic: a deep-dive intensive for brands and teams that have a clear sense of their challenge and are ready to move quickly.
The 3-day goes further: more time to go inside first, more room to sit with what comes up, and a fuller scope for the work that grows outward from values through messaging, offers, and brand story. If you’re in a significant moment of transition or rebuilding, the 3-day tends to hold more.
Is the Alignment Assignment done virtually, in person, or both?
In-person sessions are prioritized. Intensives held in spaces intentionally chosen to support the work better, however, if you are not local to the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, virtual sessions are possible. We’ll determine what makes the most sense for you during the discovery conversation.
THE HOME WITHIN EXPERIENCE
Is The Home Within Experience therapy?
No. This is not clinical treatment, and it doesn’t replace the work you do with a licensed therapist or counselor. Please note that if you are in an unsafe situation, having an acute crisis or episode, I encourage you to seek clinical support or emergency services.
What it is: a private, embodied, facilitated experience designed to help you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your foundation. Somatic practices, guided reflection, and real conversation in a space that already feels like yours. For women who have been showing up for everyone else and are ready to come home to themselves in a meaningful way.
Is this available virtually, or does it have to be in person?
The Home Within Experience is designed to be held in-person. The embodied nature of the work (movement, somatic practice, breath, stillness) is best supported when you’re fully present in a physical space. That said, if you have questions about virtual options, reach out and we’ll talk through what might be possible for your situation.
I'm interested in The Home Within for a group. Is that an option?
Yes. The Home Within Experience is available for individuals and small groups of 2–5 people. It’s a beautiful option for close friends or family members navigating a shared transition, bridal parties who want something more meaningful than a spa day, or any gathering of women who are ready to do the work together. Group pricing is available.
What's the difference between The Home Within Experience and a Come Home Retreat?
Scale, structure, and scope.
The Home Within is an intimate, private immersive – just you or a small group of up to five people – held in a space chosen specifically for the experience. This is an intentional session(s) of structured deep work and exploration.
Come Home Retreats are designed for larger groups, organizations, or open enrollment, and weave together a fuller range of programming: yoga, breathwork, somatic work, cultural immersion, and community. While still international, this more weaves in elements of play and adventure local to the retreat’s area.
COME HOME RETREATS
What types of retreats do you offer?
Bespoke retreats are fully co-designed for your group: your vision, your people, your location. Milestone birthdays, girls’ trips, meaningful gatherings, and more.
Curated retreats are open-enrollment experiences set to blend self-work and play: domestic and international locations starting in 2027 [link to join the list].
Corporate retreats are offsite or onsite experiences designed to soften teams, deepen alignment with the mission, and actually nourish the people who show up. This isn’t your standard-team building day. It approaches an organization’s internal challenges with group-focused nervous system regulation, communication tools, creative problem solving and ideation.
Can you design a retreat for my company or organization?
Yes. Corporate retreats are a dedicated offering within Come Home Retreats. Whether you’re looking for an offsite that reconnects your team to your mission, a leadership experience during a season of change, or a wellness-centered gathering that gives your people something real to take home – this is designed for exactly that.
Every corporate retreat is built around who’s in the room and what your organization is moving through. Reach out to start the conversation.
Do the retreats take place domestically, internationally, or both?
Both.
Bespoke retreats are held wherever your group is — the location is part of what we design together.
Curated retreats will span both domestic and international locations. If you’re interested in a specific destination or region [please join the list – link]
How far in advance should I book a retreat?
If you’re interested in partnering on a bespoke retreat or corporate retreat, please fill out this form. We look for at least 4-6 months ahead of the date you’re looking for.
If you’re interested in a curated retreat that’s listed, please send an email to: bri@briflows.com with the subject line: Retreat Interest [Name of Retreat; Year]. We will get back to you within 48 hours. We are accepting new retreat participants up to the closing date
